1. This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
2. Work will be scheduled upon receipt of signed acceptance and deposit payment.
3. Any changes to the scope of work require a written change order signed by both parties.
4. Unforeseen site conditions (rock, buried utilities, or similar) may result in additional charges, communicated in advance.
5. All work will be performed in accordance with local building code requirements.
6. Site cleanup and debris removal are included in the project scope.
7. Workmanship is warranted for one year from project completion. Plants are guaranteed for one growing season, with replacement provided for any that fail to establish.
